AP5: Putting It All On Stage
About the Course:
AP5 focuses the creation of an original improv show inspired and devised by the ensemble. Exercises are tailored to help the improviser discover and strengthen their individual comedic improv voice and also on the “hows” of bringing this voice into an ensemble. The class also will delve into the improv rehearsal process and work with the concepts of ensemble building, collaboration, show pacing, and good rehearsal habits.
Prerequisite:
Students must have completed AP4 to enroll in this class
Schedule:
Classes meet once a week on the same day each week
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday classes meet 6:30-9pm
Saturday and Sunday classes meet 1-3:30pm
NOTE* days with multiple offerings of the same class level (Ex. Sunday AP1(a) AP1(b)) will teach the same curriculum. Students may be moved between these classes before the term starts to ensure an even distribution in each class.
AP5 classes feature a four week run of shows alongside the final four weeks of class.

Class payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and can be applied only to the current term’s class for which you have signed up.
